1. Introduction

Welcome to HubSpot Devs Club, a platform offering professional online consultations. By booking a consultation with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our consultation services.
  • By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Services

  • HubSpot Devs Club provides online consultation services on topics related to  digital marketing, HubSpot integrations, etc.
  • Consultations are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other similar platforms based on client preference.
  • Each consultation session has a predefined duration, which will be communicated before booking.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and required software for the consultation.

4. Payment, Billing, and Service Terms

  • Clients must book and pay in advance to secure a consultation session.
  • Accepted payment methods include  credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, or other available options.
  • The consultation fee is non-refundable (see the refund policy below).
  • Consultation availability is subject to scheduling and time zone differences.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made to HubSpot Devs Club are non-refundable.

  • If a client misses a scheduled consultation, the payment is forfeited, and no rescheduling will be provided unless previously agreed upon.
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the consultation outcome.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Clients must notify HubSpot Devs Club at least 2 days in advance to request a rescheduling.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer an alternative time slot.
  • If the consultant is unable to conduct the session due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a rescheduling option at no extra cost.

7. Code of Conduct

By booking a consultation, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during the session.
  • Not record, distribute, or share the consultation without prior consent.
  • Follow ethical guidelines and not misuse consultation services for illegal or unethical purposes.

8. Confidentiality

  • All consultations are confidential, and we do not disclose client information without consent.
  • However, we may keep internal records of consultation sessions for quality improvement and follow-up purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • HubSpot Devs Club provides consultations based on expertise and experience but does not guarantee specific results.
  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our consultation services.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate a consultation session if:

  • A client violates these terms.
  • A client engages in abusive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior.
  • Technical or other unforeseen issues prevent the consultation from being conducted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
